Yasser Ponce is a widely respected financial and real estate expert with over two decades of experience in financial services, residential lending, property sales, office management, and business development. He has a keen eye for detail and is highly knowledgeable regarding market dynamics and brand strategy. He has helped countless buyers, sellers, investors, developers, and brokers achieve their real estate goals. As Regional Director of Sales at SERHANT, Yasser oversees all Florida-based agents and is responsible for driving growth, brand awareness, and recruitment.
 
Yasser started his career on the banking side of the industry, working at large commercial institutions such as Bank of Boston (now Bank of America) and Washington Mutual Bank (now JPMorgan Chase). He managed complex deals while prioritizing efficiency, client service, and confidentiality. Following that, he transitioned to real estate sales and led expansion for a prominent national brokerage into the Miami market. He rose from founding agent to Sales Manager to Managing Director of Sales for the state of Florida. He worked with one of the largest agent rosters in the country, ensured continuity of business growth and profitability, and actively participated in the building and deployment of sales tools and technology. His sharp negotiating skills, marketing and social media prowess, and comprehensive industry wisdom make him a trusted, go-to resource for junior agents and veteran brokers alike.
